So, I'll admit that I haven't watched that much of Embiid, but I thought he was supposed to be a good defender. If 31 year old Al Horford can blow by you again and again in the 4th quarter, you probably shouldn't be known as a good defender in today's game.

One thing I remember from the little bit I followed baseball and football as a kid is that such discussions are all worthless. There is no way to really compare two players with different teams who played in different periods against different competitors.
