Yes, I used to live in westgate, Residents would get a coupon for %13 off any purchase Sun-tues. Everyone else got a coupon for %13 off a purchase of $100 sun-tues in the other papers,but you dont really need that coupon you could just ask.
 Also i'm pretty sure deli and meat arent discounted

Well first of all its not that bad, it was just the beginning everyone had to go to the new store. Now things are getting back to normal and people still go to all-fresh. Also I dont think theres an issue of hasagos gvool here because there is enough business for everyone

+1 Only in Lakewood there's a problem of hasagas gvul, by opening a pizza store within 10 miles of another one! ;)

Scary, not to many in monsey or jewish communities know this. All fresh has the best prices and im sure prob still does.
