I went to the Aish Mikvah on erev R'H this year at around 3 and it was not very crowded. In previous years, I've gone to Mikvah on Peninsula and the line was dozens of people long.

I believe that you can rent out the womens mikvah, at the agudah. At least you used to be able to. I don' know how or who to contact, but i know that it has been done in the past.

Yes womens Mikva by agudah is private on erev rh and erev yk from like 12 to 3. Not positive on hours but think those are correct
