maybe on busier nights (like a Sunday) they can make the chicken before you order it knowing that someone will be ordering it. But on other nights they are only making it to order which adds a lot of waiting time.
I went last night around 8:45. Place was fairly empty and our order was ready in well under 10 minutes. We got the fried chicken and charcoal chicken. I havent had such good fried chicken since KD closed.
Went back for the chicken fingers (I think they call them tenders) and they were ok but not as good as the one on the bone for some reason.
Guy at the counter tried to push the rice bowl guaranteeing that we'll like it, but we didnt get it.
