ime the reps that didn't allow to cancel didn't even know the phone was free. They usually allow to cancel at the end of the cycle but not on the spot.

It's strange because each rep says something else. The most recent rep told me that if I were to cancel (at the end of the first cycle) and keep the phone, I would get charged $200 for the phone. Another rep told me I can't keep the phone as well. But I think Dan mentioned this, that they cannot charge you for a phone they listed as free. I don't feel like finding out the hard way, I think I'll return it to the shop (and try to avoid a $35 restocking fee).

you won't be charged for a phone. You can technically wait till after 14 days and then cancel. You would have to pay the first month but it's better than 35 bux and no phone

anyone get this to activate on a regular sprint plan? regular rep told me it seems to be fine..

i called with my regular account and they seem to be fine since the rep was ready to activate it...when you guys sold yours did you list as as you go or postpaid?

Port the number so it's surely cancelled?  I think it will adjust itself, but 7 days is cutting it close.

what was the bill cycle end date?. maybe wait until the same time this month so a new bill generates. unless when they cancelled it they only did it as of the end of the cycle...

When I cancelled the rep told me my account was credited but it would not show online until the next bill cycle.
still not showing yet but I have an email from them to confirm that is what the rep said
