I think it should work, as it's in the current circular which ends today (inclusive I believe).

i bought one at 945 and one at 1025 last night, all coupons printed automatically, no issues.

I bought 2, got someone to do AP and successfully cashed out avoiding monthly fee. I then bought 2 more and tried to register but got message that it can't be processed and I need to call. Rep told me that you can only have 2 registered cards. So I asked to close the 2 I had opened. She said to wait 24 hrs before registering new ones.

They probably will charge a fee regardless of your balance.

Beware, you can only register 2 of these cards at a time. You will have to liquidate and cancel 2 before registering more.

Bill pay takes 2 days, unless you want to pay $10 for same day payment. The $5.95 monthly charge starts 30 days from purchase.
It's a pain to deal with, if you buy actual cards. Refills are much easier. It got me thinking: I may upgrade my Blue Cash Amex to the premier version at $75? per year, buy $5k or so worth of refills a month at Pathmark, or another grocery, so that I get 6% cash back instead of 3% cash back. That comes out to $300 per month, -$5.95 monthly charge from the pay power card. Not bad, and I don't have to deal with AP with the merry go round of 3 people using e/o or Bluebird with the max if $1k per day. I can reload the PayPower card with the refills purchased at Pathmark from my computer. I would probably have to deal with a FR, but should that scare me? I get paid on the books.

The 6 points is limited to 1st 6k spend a year. So you would max out after a month or so. That also assumes that you don't eat the entire year! If you spend aprox $115 weekly on groceries you max out. Another option for you would be to get wells fargo reward card. It gives 5 points per dollar on groceries, drug and gas for 1st 6 months with no limit. If you don't have any accounts with them, you have to apply in branch.

Good thing your telling me, I thought it was up to 6k in cash back at 6%! Not as enticing, but still worth the extra $180 over the free version
