I actually can do that - $20 coupon + $4 from gift card. I incidentally got GC in place of poorly printed one set of coupons... I got a reason and insisted.
I got that multi-coupon thing. The places I shop cashier/managers are unfamiliar with the coupons, they start to read coupon's fine print and conclude - 1 coupon per transaction. Annoying. (Two such incidents)
