Is there a way to set this up to bid as the clock is hitting 0 ?I was winning an item, kept refreshing the page till about 10 seconds left, it showed me winning with my bid until it hit 0, then it says I didn’t win & was outbid half a minute ago & shows a higher price.
Never tried it myself, but I think that's what sniping software does.
I've gotten a few items in the last seconds. If you are ready to bid higher in the first place, why not just submit it? You won't have to pay that much if no one outbids at smaller increments.
If you are ready to bid higher in the first place, why not just submit it?
Why the need to tell a software to bid up to a certain price if someone outbids you if eBay can do it for you?
Why didn’t it show the second I was outbid ? The seconds were ticking, & I even refreshed the page several times. What does it help if I don’t know how much the others will bid ?
If everyone put in the absolute maximum that they were willing to pay then you're correct, but as long as there are people who want to up their bid manually as the auction goes along (as @TimT did in this case) then sniping software has a use as a way of preventing those bidders from outbidding you, no? It just prevents people from manually outbidding you.
So as the clock finishes all the automatic bids roll in ?
I think so.
Thats brutal. I think I’ll switch back to BIN.
Or start sniping. If you can't beat 'em join 'em.

Finally they removed the PayPal fees. All you have to do is add you bank account info.
Didn't work for me, finally got in touch and they said that I need a PayPal account first.
someone told me they just got an email lifting their account restriction from buying on ebay after circumventing daily deals limits a few years ago wondering if I can get mine lifted also, may have to do with the recent ebay revamp
Noob question. What's the deal with shipping things with batteries like bluetooth earbuds to us territory type of thing like this one: 96940 ?Are there any restrictions or anything else I should know?
