Overrated IMHO.Either way, I get more than enough of that on the 8th day to last for a year. Def wouldn't want it more than once.
If the alternative is dry crunchy matzo for brunch...Also a special mention to matzo cake. A bunch of matzos soaked in red wine layered with chocolate cream... Good stuff. (Again, considering the alternative...)
