The GCs are shipped separately from their 'activation code' for security purposes. They may arrive up to a few days after the GCs.  If you don't get your activation code or they are delayed and you are in a hurry:
Call 1-866-357-7391, press 3 to speak to a CSR.

Recently they've sometimes been emailing activation codes. Also check your spam folder.


PSA:  VISA rebate cards may be an issue if used to purchase VCG's from Staples online. It seems to be YMMV.  With larger orders more likely to invite scrutiny.
In store they work fine.

im doing it on ink to earn x5 at staples for flights...will cost a nice amount of cash with activation which sux but if i use to fly to israel then a 600 (once you calculate x5 points at 6.95 activation for a 85,000 mile ticket on united -i can never get flying blue) ticket in the summer is way way way worth it....

85k is approx $1,300, regular economy tickets for August are like $1,530 approx. The real savings is in business class

Not how I calculate.  I'm using ink so I get 5 times the dollar. So I need 85000 divided by 5 which is 17000 of actual spending. Divided by 200 gift card. Makes me need to buy 85 gift cards times the 6.95 fee comes to 590.75 for ticket to Israel.
Probably a little less cause I get x5 on activation fee as well that I didn't count in calculation

my husband is as well  ;)
can we each own two business? i will cap the 50,000 out in about 6 months on both cards...any ideas how i can get another card for the x5 in office stores?

Is it still worth to buy 5k per month for the chase points ?

You can buy 24 cards per month @ ~207.00 to load 5k on bluebird

that 24,840 points per month-

If I sell the points @ .015 — thats $372

I lose $7 per card to pay off Chase = $168

Net gain per load = $204

Not sure how that translates into points

Did I miss anything here?

i dont cash out for money, i use points to travel... i also use the rc to cash out not bluebird..its easier..

i look at it that the 24,000 points cost me 166.80..cheapest ticket to la i ever bought or to israel if i save enough

your right, i was part of the delta glitch..that was way cheaper and i got first class one way...... best trip i ever took...

I use for travel, but need to figure out a way to make money off the whole cc thing so i can afford tuition.. thats why i wanted to attend a dinner, to hear how the big wigs to it....

Trust me if you tell your school to swipe 300 cards they will.  And you can have up to 99 additional users on a business card

Not worried about that, but I don't think you can pay for tuition anyway, but if you pay SBS with other stores clothing food ect: you can pay for tuition.

yes 1800...so 9 cards plus fees comes out to 1860 ish
