Topic Wiki

Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

I don't need scientific proofs to assert my personal belief that there may be some truths to the claims.

A statement of fact has nothing do to with scientific proofs, which are arrived at via scientific studies.

I think this statement of yours pretty much cements our belief that you're fear mongering here intentionally. Now that the bogus argument is called for what it is, you're resorting to playing with words in hopes of trying to achieve the same means of confusing some Redbird-virgins who will read your comments.

Redbird shutdowns due to MS are not a matter of beliefs (I believe in God an i believe that Redbirds did get shut down, it's my own belief damn it, don't repress me!  haha). So far, in this and other forums/blogs these so called "beliefs" seem to be part of an organized misinformation campaign.

Therefore, it is my personal belief that the moderators of this forum and other blogs should deal accordingly with the comments that aim at misinforming people intentionally.

It is one thing to withhold information from noobs because you want to keep the Redbird benefits to yourself and believe that if they also get it, Target will shut it down faster. Misinforming people actively via comments masked as information or beliefs is another thing altogether!

Seriously your comments border (or actually cross into) paranoia. Your theories as to why I believe what I believe are so off the wall I won't even dignify them by addressing them. Nothing personal but you and some others here take things WAY too seriously. I offer my opinion and you think I'm trying to scare people away from RC so that it'll last longer from me? I'm not sure you realize how ludicrous that theory sounds. Either way, I'm done with this silly debate.
As a final point, I do have to mention that if anyone is suspect here it would be you given that you seem to sell RC's online. In fact I just realized why you're taking this seriously-because you think it'll hurt you to some degree or another. So let me mention to you that I don't think people are that stupid to get "scared away" from using RC because someone offers his opinion that shutdowns due to MS may have occurred to some extent. (Note I'm not accusing you of ulterior motives like the theories you're saying about me-I just now realize why your taking this so seriously.)

I hear (I'm not either) but outside NYC nothing much goes on because reloads are rarely an issue. So there's nothing to talk about, except the NYC ones :).
