The AA Advantage Executive Platinum number with almost no waiting time has ended. Had to wait 16 minutes. Does anyone have the new good number?


According to Wiki in "Starwood Starpoints Transfer To Airline Miles Master Thread" Starwood > Aerplan transfers..."Aeroplan - Names don't need to match. - Usually takes about a day and half to 2 days to transfer."

Does it make sense i am seeing a 20k increase when booking as a RT over booking as two OW's?

No. Unless it's pricing at a different fare class (Eg. First instead of Business).

If it's booked as a RT it'll price the whole thing in J.

You'd need to book it as OW + OW to save the 20k.

I have a J ticket ATH-ZRH-EWR booked and would like to book ATH-FRA-EWR in F. I see it online but when calling in they say it is phantom. Can i cancel my current ticket and book the F ticket online?

Unlikely you'll be able to book online if the rep (did you try more than one?) doesn't see it.

Don't have enough points to book it now while keeping the other rez?

Try searching as a Multi City (ATH-FRA-EWR-ATH) online, that should show you actual legs available.

It shows on UA and shows as bookable on AC site as well. Two agents said it was phantom though.

LH has lots of phantom availability on Aeroplan. If you have KVS, you can verify availability through there as well.
