Strategic Counseling and public relations firm located in Midtown Manhattan seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant. Salary is up to $55,000 after temp to perm plus Medical/Dental benefits and a 401K which is not matching.
Candidate needs to be very familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong proofreading, computer and typing skills are a MUST. In this position the candidate will not only type the letters but sign and send them. The position will be supporting the CEO and two additional employees so the candidate needs to be very organized. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience. This position is a very heavy "production" job with a lot of typing, faxing, postage and filing. Candidates must be very professional, articulate and be able to multi task. Candidates must type at least 65 WPM. The hours for the position are 8:30 to 6:00 pm and could be later. The candidate must be someone who is committed to getting the job done.
