The grass is green=fact

If you don't get that almost all of the arguments I've been involved in can not be proven or disproven by "fact" then we do have a problem here. The only fact relevant to bring in is the Halacha, and I'm usually the one who does it (and even that gets very very gray sometimes).
So please study the word "fact"-its origin, meaning, it's practical applications both in writing and in the real world and report back. Hey, you never know. You may actually learn something.

Ok will do. But when we're ready don't go quoting me what OU.org says about it. Either come up with the sources on your own or at least look them up.

I will state though that once you leave the clearly defined area of chillul hashem in terms of what the Gemara uses it for you get into gray area. As I stated explicitly in my previous post, Halacha can get plenty gray. Off the top of my head I can probably quote you more sources than you can quote me-for example, there's a Gemara in avodah zarah which implies that chillul hashem has limited applications when non Jews believe you've transgressed an aveirah. Either way, for another day.

ETA: believe it or not, I do have things to take care of once in a while. So if you come into a debate after I've posted 30 times with some idea that I'm wrong, I won't necessarily have patience to fight it out. The difference between you (and most others) and me is that I'm usually on the side of the miyut while you're usually on the side of the rov. So you can easily answer all questions that come your way while I need a full time job to do it. This applies to @aygart as well-he comes up with the same taunts.

The facts which I am referring to IS Halacha. You have thrown around "halacha" without sources or sources based on shallow understanding and even sometimes plain am haaratzus but when you are called out on it or are shown a source which is different from what you have written as well as when your arguments are shown to be inconsistent and contradictory you suddenly disappear or ignore them.

It is only when you are the miut that I am with the rov. Believe it or not, I agree the your basic premise more often than not, just not where you take that premise. I think that if you would read carefully you would see that. I also usually do not agree with most of the others arguing with you and you will see that to some extent I am taking heat from both sides when I call them out on their inconsistencies etc. On the other hand I see consistent pattern of your not replying to real sources and just blather about some vague view halacha without any ability to back it up. Whenever it comes to a real discussion of halacha, or for that matter any level of intellectual honesty you suddenly disappear. I think that if you would put more thought and less self righteous emotion into your posts they would look very different. So close yet so far.
