With a reservations rep or online, you have to cancel and rebook.

Thanks. I have a Conrad NY reservation next week on AXON old rates that I won't be able to use. Kills me to have to cancel.

Both. But I figured property change would be impossible. Is it better to sell these 4 nights next week or cancel and hope that the Waldorf J'lem participates in HH?

If its just a date change, I'd try to contact the property's front desk and ask for a change.

I have a reservation that was modified due to a price guarantee.

If I cancel one of the nights will it affect the price of the other nights?

I'm looking to stay in a Hilton suite that will cost over $330 with AAA discount. A standard room costs around $130. As an HHonors member with gold status I'm entitled to an upgrade. Is there any way to guarantee the upgrade? It's not worth it for me unless I get it and $330 is too much for me. I've heard that some hotel chains guarantee upgrades.

Just called them. If it's less than 2 days away you have to pay in full.

Even Hilton Diamonds aren't guaranteed suites if available. With gold it's going to be a bit of an uphill battle.
