I realized the reason they closed the return button on old orders is probably a glitch, now new button-down orders show only a 30-day return policy on, so i assume it probably affected all our old orders too.

It took a lot of Hucas, but I finally got through to a lead which somehow magically was able to " One time exception" all my three orders BH

I'm still waiting for a response to my email I sent to Jeff@amazon.com, what I'm really hoping for is them responding to me and I point out that they should restore the button on all the old orders cuz lifetime quality guarantee is not 8 years, we live a little longer than that
