Does anyone here keep chalav yisrael but follow the kula to allow powdered milk?
I've tried to call ou To  inquire about certain products. Sometimes they answer sometimes they won't. Also mixed luck with contacting cs at the companies.
Any list of powdered milk products that are ok for cy consumers (who go by powdered)?

Why would powdered be any different? And what would qualify one powdered milk to be okay (in that case) vs. another powdered milk?

Rav Zvi Pesach Frank zt’l (the Har Zvi) held that milk in powdered form is not included in the gezeirah of Chazal on cholov akum. The Chazon Ish zt’l (on Yoreh Deah 115:1) disagreed and held that powdered milk is included in the gezeirah.

OP is asking for a listing of OUD products that use powdered milk as opposed to liquid milk.

It ain't so simple anymore. Nowadays they have a technique called spray-drying. Which in essence allows any product to be powdered. U can make powdered meat if u really want. So its not so simple to rely on those earlier poskim who weren't paskening todays technology

No idea, but spray drying technology is commonly used today, so before you start eating powdered cholov stam (based on psokim from the last generation), double check with your LOR

My rav paskens it's good so I'm good to go. Also Israel rabbinate hold that way too. If you shop in Israel for imported products, they put a white sticker on the back with the ingredients translated into Hebrew. Also written there is if a product is made with powdered milk. It will say כשר לאוכלי אבקת נכרי.
According to herrs, their dairy chips are made with powdered milk.
And according the israeli rabbinate, American Reese's peanut butter cups are. Plain m&ms too.
The rabbinate has a list over 3000 pages with all the imported products and their ingredients, however its very hard to sort through, as its all in Hebrew.

It seems that the  מחלוקת here is, if powdered milk is considered a milk product (cheese,butter) or its not a product of its own. It wouldn't  make a difference how easy it is to make it, or how commonly used it is.

You are correct on that being the machlokes haposkim. If its a milk product like butter for example, being that its only possible to make butter out of cows milk, that heter extends to powdered milk. But like I said, there is new technology out there which would enable anyone to make powdered milk out of any animals milk. Therefore its not so simple anymore. Obviously ask your LOR, I was just pointing out that times change, and you can't necessarily rely on an old psak

I think the question is that since when the Gezeira was made there was no powdered milk, it doesn't apply.

Personally, my Rav paskened not to use it.

There are Chalav Yisroel powdered milk options available in groceries, BTW.

Also Snyders of Hanover 's mustard flavor is powdered milk.
Hersheys m&m's , nutrageious, reeses peanut butter cups, Hershey cookies and cream. Herrs chips. Also I was told entemenns products besides for those with chocolate fudge.
