It would be great if we could both go at the same time.
Bring this along. I hear it attracts him.

Talk about the exact thread I was hoping for!

Welcome back, can't believe you've never been to Israel, Chaim. So your trip plans aren't confused with the OP's, I recommend you start a new thread.

People get me confused all the time.  :)

Never! You're one of a kind!

Before I start asking questions I want to thank JTZ for starting this thread. It would be great if we could both go at the same time.

What would be the best time from Oct going forward?
Can't go in September?

First 2 weeks of October is Sukkos season and flights/hotels will be pricey, but end of October should be decent.

I don't think anyone can predict.

I've been to JLM in late November and it was very hot, and it can also get quite cold and possibly rainy in October.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

September is probably better. Less rain. But October should be better than November.

Pesach is March 30-April 7. Other than around that, March-May should have good weather and shoulder season pricing.

Purim in JLM is probably something worth seeing, it's only 2 days (one day outside JLM, one day in JLM)
