In England we use "DO" as a slang for "event" (simcha) or "party". It is possible that it originates from here (like the rest of your language

).

There was another spontaneous DDF DO at bais ushi on the first day of Shavuos.

Attendees were: Eli, henche, danielz, and myself.

Henche sponsored the kiddush at bais ushi this week, but only David was in attendance. (Maybe also eli, henche doesn't know because henche wasn't there.)

Due to the poor attendance at the Bais Ushy DO's, Bais Ushy has announced it will be installing a mikva, to encourage more ddf attendance.
(Do chabad people do mikvas?)

You mean "Ohr Yissochor Chodrov"? I don't know. I think it was always called that, but nobody calls it that.
