Regarding your email, the Hyatt Gold Passport program does not offer a
tier match. However, currently a Diamond Trial Offer is available
until
June 30, 2011. You will receive trial Diamond membership for 60 days
with proof of top tier status with one of our competitors program.
However, you must complete 12 nights in 60 days to maintain Diamond
tier
through February of 2013. You will also receive 1000 bonus points on
your first six eligible nights within 60 days, up to a maximum of 6000
bonus points.

Is the 10 stays mandatory? I wish we were warned before submitting.

Now it is.. they weren't being so strict about it, IMHO wait a month and try again (open a new case do not simply respond to this email)

Stays? Who does that.
Maybe during FFN, you'll get Hyatt or now SPG, but Hilton?

Makes sense to me, Hyatt is a very accommodating organization. Much more customer friendly than SPG for example IME.
