There is no second kol koreh. There is a letter from Rav Ahron Feldman which I assume they were involved in, and they put this 3 page package together.

They are publishing 2 letters saying not to learn from it and quoting from those rabbonim who said that this is what they intended too and then signing that they are not listening to those letters but rather continuing to learn from it. I do not understand how you are denying this to be the case.
