Want to use the two free night certificates for a room for me/wife + 2 kids (1 crib, 1 can just sleep in sleeping bag or cot). Will that fly at Waldorf J'lem or is "double occupancy" strictly enforced? Thanks

Not a problem. Just need to book as 2 person room. You can call the hotel and request a crib and (full size bed) rollaway.

I contacted them and they told me for a additional person over 3 there will be a charge of $110

"Over 3" - meaning 4 and up? Or including a 3-year-old? Thanks

Hmmmm. I had 2 rooms and 6 people total. They did mention that breakfast for any additional persons over 2 per room costs $110 or so.

I'd say call them about the kiddies. They are very accommodating.

Is Sunday night considered a weekend night? Can I use my 2 certs to stay from saturday evening until monday morning at Waldorf in Jeru?

The T&C clearly state that a weekend is defined as Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

Just booked it for next weekend, from Moitzei Shabbos until Monday. Am trying to switch to Friday through Sunday, but all rooms are booked.

I have citi Hilton. I got points, but they are not showing up on my award wallet account. Any proper way to shut this card? After I shut it, how long do I have to wait to re-open the card?

Applied for Reserve card as part of of apporama . Was told 3-4 days for app to be processed . Now when I called them Saturday they said they called me on my NYC cell number, and for verification dept to proceed they must contact me using that number. It is suspended . Even offered to take it off vacation suspend to get a message with instructions, etc and they said no good .

I am in Europe and will not be back NYC till end of July.

They say nothing can be done till I get back home. Any workarounds that you guys know of ?

This is new , as I have had cards approved and sent to Europe before .

Just got a bill in the mail for $95 for the activation fee for my new card. Will I get it back once I cancel my card after a couple of months?
