Lately (last week or so), when I login to Chase, it always says 'we don't recognize the computer you're using' etc. and requires me to do the whole email ID code thing. This used to happen when I'd clear cookies or be inactive on a particular computer for a long time (like a month). But now it happens every single time I login.Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions?
Someone just posted it this morning. http://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=59490.0
Used to happen to me as well. This happens when there is a closed account on your profile, IIRC. Best to remove closed accounts to avoid this.
How do you remove an account? I see an option to hide it. Is that sufficient?
You're luckyMy chase business account always tells me that the account is locked and I have to call to get it unlocked. The reps of course have no idea why this is and they unlock it and then I am good for another few weeks until the next time
You may have a linked card that was the original card for that login that has been closed, get them to remove it on their end otherwise it'll keep on happening.
Bug been going on for 2 weeks. Am I alone here???
Same here. No clue why... But interestingly, when I sign in incognito it doesn't make me verify...
It started happening to me yesterday from 2 different logins.Even twice in the same half hour. It was so annoying. It had happened with IE, now I tried from Chrome and it's not happening.
