Lately (last week or so), when I login to Chase, it always says 'we don't recognize the computer you're using' etc. and requires me to do the whole email ID code thing. This used to happen when I'd clear cookies or be inactive on a particular computer for a long time (like a month). But now it happens every single time I login.

Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions?

I've had that issue sporadically over last month or two on my computer and phone.

This happened to me as well.

You need to delete your cookies from the beginning of time.

Used to happen to me as well.
This happens when there is a closed account on your profile, IIRC.  Best to remove closed accounts to avoid this.

Iv'e had closed accounts for years and this never occurred.

My chase business account always tells me that the account is locked and I have to call to get it unlocked.  The reps of course have no idea why this is and they unlock it and then I am good for another few weeks until the next time >:(

that probably means there is something wrong with your cookies
try clearing them

no sheychus, this happened the same time to three different logins that I have, with no closed accounts etc

Even twice in the same half hour. It was so annoying.
It had happened with IE, now I tried from Chrome and it's not happening. :) :)

That's interesting, because for me it ALWAYS happened when I go incognito not only recently.
I came to expect it and thought that it's because they don't see cookies to verify my computer.
