For a little more context, even AFTER תפלת ערבית and public הבדלה, despite having a (hidden) microphone, and speakers OUTSIDE, the were no speakers inside the shul. (The Rebbe would make his own הבדלה in his own Sukkah).

To clarify: none of this is meant as passing judgment or claiming some kind of superiority or inferiority. It's just that being accustomed to a certain public הנהגה, it was a surprise to see a different one.
