If I close my all MR cards now, and reopen one in the future, will the bonus points go to pending or no? Assuming they don't open a new MR account for me, which they probably wont
If you close all your MR cards, you will lose every point you have to your name, and won't be able to get any more (being add there won't be an account to go in). If you open a card in the future with a new MR account, it will have nothing to do with the cards you have now, and you won't get any points or bonuses from current cards in it. In other words, don't do it.
I think you misunderstood my question. When you get your first MR card and complete the spending requirement the bonus points go to "pending". After that, future cards bonuses do not go to pending, they just post a few days after spending has been met. My question is: does it remain this way forever? Or if I go without having an activate MR account for a bit, next time I get a card and meet the spending my points will go to pending instead of posting?
I don't understand you. How do you plan on keeping your MR account alive if you close all your MR cards?
He probably means to ask about the future, when he does open new MR cards.
also if you have points and you use them all up, the bonus still posts right away since the account already had points
What all cards have been cancelled for let's say 2-3 months? Doesn't matter?
How does that change the fact that you already had points?
Can I close a platinum which the points are pending, if I still have a other amex card open?
Yes
Personal experience?
YesBut only if your other amex card is mr card not like a spg or any other type of card
Make sure your other amex are registered with the same MR number as your platinum
Can one account have two different MR numbers?
