Thanks both of you. Now anyone else who wants it should buy and post the link, just keep in mind that there is the possibility that you will not end up with the 2 buyers needed to get the $7 back.

ETA: I now see that the email says that 10 more can get it. I checked the link in a different browser and it says 7 left. I would imagine that they will tell you beforehand so you can see if you will get it.

it says 7 left and shows the lower price but at checkout it bills $24, will I get the $7 back at this point

Yes, I just bought a second one with that link(said 7 left) and got email confirming getting $7 back

past 2 nights ive been getting phone calls with a recorded message saying "This is Torah in 2. To accept the call press 1 to disconnect press 2".

Any idea what this is?

Why are you guys changing the groupon referral link? Why can't we all use Robi's link for example? Is there any advantage to the one that posts the link, or do we all save the same $7?

You are right, but I had purchased it before realizing that this referral was available. Also, at first it seemed that it would only give 2 referrals per link. At this point it seems the limit is 10. If someone else purchased without realizing that they can use the referral then we may as well use his link so that he will get the $7 as well. Both Robi and I already got it.

What is the accepted rent increase in Lakewood for a basement apartment? Is it per year or per increase; i. e. If i had a 2 year lease, can it be raised double? What about if the price locked in to the lease was far below the current going rate?

5% per year. If there is a year that your rent is not raised, the next year it can be raised 10%.
