I see no reason to think that he didn't. Others on the committee have explicitly stated that they have, but I don't remember whether or nt he personally made that claim publicly.

For someone who claims to never watch Maddow how do you know what she is saying.

So you have no idea if he read or seen the underlying material? Since this seems to be about FISA abuse did he see/read the FISA application submitted to the FISA court?

I know when you say it.

I am assuming that he did but thinking back cannot remember him specifically saying it. Steven King said that Nunes showed him the underlying evidence. As far as Schiff's claim that he did not, anyone should be able to see through that as a lie since it woould be read in a secure room individually. If he was able to write the memo he was there. There would be no way for Schiff to know how much he did or didn't read.
