Would anyone be OK with this guy around their kids?
I don't know anything other than what he himself wrote. But let's say for argument's sake that everything he wrote there could be 100% corroborated. You still wouldn't feel comfortable at that point?
This is something that's very hard to come to grips with. Any time you entrust your child to someone else's care, it's always possible that they are doing things you don't want them to. The fact that someone has been accused is a big deal. But rationally I know it's possible that someone can be accused and yet be completely innocent (especially where the accusations have been retracted). And the flip side is that someone that hasn't ever been accused might be very guilty, but really good at not getting caught. There's no one answer here. You have to be able to get yourself comfortable with whoever you entrust your child to. That process would probably be a lot more difficult with someone who was accused and exonerated, but I think it's still possible.
