Every single Chassidus has their own learning program nowadays. Some even have multiple. The list is endless.

Yes. There is a Mishnah Yomi program.
Artscroll is very involved with that program (though, I don't think they run it, they're just very involved) and they send out free Mishnayos as well, which you can order on their website, as well as a Amud Yomi calendar. (Shipping isn't free, unless you buy $50 worth of items) or you can buy whole set of Artscroll Mishnayos by the Seder. (Or ofc, use any Mishnayos). I highly recommend this program, (in addition to whatever else you will join as well, since this is short). You learn 2 Mishnayos a day, it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes a day, and in 5 years plus, you can finish the entire shisha sidrei Mishnah. If you decide to do this, I recommend artscrolls elucidated mishnah, it's very clear and concise. They have that in a pocket size and full size, whatever is better for you...

are these programs or just topics?
specific programs
Chitas:
*chumash: daily, parshas hashavua, one Aliya with rashi,
*tehillim: recite the monthly division
*Tanya: specific division of daily sections, finish the sefer over the course of a year

Rambam: 3 "tracks"
*mishne Torah; 3 chapters daily (finish in under a year)
*same 1 chapter daily (3x long to finish)
* Rambam's sefer hamitzvos, specific program of daily mitzvos (essentially to correspond to the halachos in 3chapter)

Kinyan Mesechta

As someone who has been part of a Kinyan Chaburah for nearly 3 years, I can't recommend it enough.

It's had a major impact on my life!

im leaning toward this and https://www.dafaweek.org/
just from the style of the websites kinyan masechta looks like it attracts more familiar crowd for me, but what exactly happens in the program? how long is the shiur/session? is it chavrusos, chaburos, a shiur? whats the format?

I don't have anything to add. Just wanted to know if you participate in any programs currently?

I just started daf yomi in the beginning of bava metzia. Why? Because I'm an am haaretz and need to refresh my memory. (Credit goes to elijelly, jye and others from the other thread). For me it was about grabbing as much as I can, as quickly as I can even if I miss a bunch (which I do). If that's not your goal then I guess other programs would be better.
It also helps me practice putting aside my opinions/beliefs and trying to get into a different mindset.

I've been learning daf hashavua since beitzah (late 2016). At its core, it's just a schedule. The organization puts out various 'resources', organized siyumim, etc. but how each participant, or local shiur/chabura learns is pretty open ended. I learn ~5 nights a week with a chavrusa. At one point we had someone say a chabura one night a week, but that died out and now we try to go through the booklet they send out each week, on top of gemara, rashi, tosfos.

The best program is one that you have a group or better yet, a chavrusa that will encourage you and call you if you miss.

In our Shul there is a very successful Kinyan Mesechta program that has regular people (meaning not Avreichim) memorizing whole Mesechtas.
