A cursory look at what? The study I posted is a meta analysis of many studies in North America and Europe. If it's a reference to the twitter thread, as I've said before I haven't read it so please direct me to the particular tweet.
Can't link to twitter now, but it was not a long thread. The basic gist was that many studies did not mimic real world conditions including some done inside sealed plastic environments. Some also conflated the presence of airborne chemicals with them being a cause while more of those same substances can be released by cooking itself regardless of the heat source. On the other hand, he leans significantly on ventilation that may be exaggerated even if better that some o the conditions he quotes.
A Compendium of studies is only as good as the underlying studies.
