Why does cholov yisroel milk need to be kosher l'pesach?
The processing area should be free af ANY contaminants all year round. There's nothing that is getting into the milk the whole year- no pigs milk, no meat of any sort - so what's different in the way it's watched lekivid pesach? If we're worried about what the cow ate. Have any of your seen breast milk? Do you really think a grain that the mama ate is going to make it's way into the milk?
And by the same token, meat departments. Aren't they supervising the whole year that no milk or ham sandwich leaves drips on the meat or anywhere in the area? Why do we need it "kosher l'pesach"?
