WOW!!! How about some someone that has a stronger religious belief about abortion? If she became a SCOTUS justice would she be biased and have to recuse herself?

How about someone like me who hates Trump. Could I sit on a jury can judge Trump fairly?

nope you misunderstood me I'm sure he'll he biased but their are other judges that are biased the other way so not sure if he should have to recuse himself.
regarding your other point it has nothing to do with you, it has to do with human nature. unless someone has worked on themselves their whole life to know and understand their thoughts feelings biases etc... and how to remove them there is no chance their decision making and belief systems is not influenced by their biases

Basically you are saying everyone is biased.

Can the opposite be true (human nature)? Someone that hates Trump would give him the benefit because that don't want to be accused of being biased (over compensate)?

So how do we decide which a person is doing. Would past history of a person be a good indicator?

How about some that wants goalposts (written rules). Would that be an indication of that person to be impartial and follow the rules?

I know Kristen Welker of NBC. She is honest as the day is long. For the President to call her dishonest is unfair. I also used to work at CNN. There are some fine journalists who work there and risk their lives to report on stories around the world. To issue a blanket condemnation of the network as ‘fake news’ is also unfair.”

Cute how he defends Welker but regarding CNN all he can say is that there are some fine reporters and that it shouldn't get a blanket condemnation and very conspicuously leaves Acosta out.

It is very hard to see Acosta as making any attempt to be a reporter of fact rather than actively opposing.

1. This is what I hate about @chaimMoskowitz and @aygart when asked a question it's almost always a deflection.

The question was whether YOU believe that with Sztruk saying about Trump being impeachedthe day of the SC investigation was biased.

The question wasn't about me or what I believe. It was about you. What can't the question be answered?

2. As a btw I didn't read the report, (@aygart was the one providing in depth analysis ) but if I remember correctly, it stated that while there was biased beliefs, there was no EVIDENCE that it impaired the investigation.

Unless I missed something, or something new is released I have no issue accepting the IG report.
