My shul has maskless and masked minyanim. I called the Rabbi and argued about it for an hour, the shul didn't want a maskless minyan but many congregants don't want to wear a mask and fought about it, so this was the compromise. I told him it shouldn't be up for debate, and no reason to compromise unless there is any medical basis for maskless minyanim. The shul might change it soon, they still didn't open fully, so perhaps they will mandate masks in order to reopen fully.
