What's the best method to use to cancel the extra nights? Usually the spg reps say, that they see the hotel has a min stay requirement?
Also, have you done so recently?

I've been having a back and forth with SPG about this for the last 2 weeks.
Hotel management said they're working it out with SPG, and SPG is still investigating.

I'll update you when I hear an answer.
