It's about time that Uber got back to me.
A card that I had used 5 Years ago on my Uber account, and had accidentally used on multiple accounts with different names caused that card to be so called banned. Figured that out after trying to order rides and use for Uber eats, but to no avail it never worked when using that card, but using the AU seemed to work just fine.
It's litteraly a hit or miss with the reps. Just to give you an idea, here's 3 different reps who answered me.. not sure why three answered me, but not complaining.
Glad they finally fixed the issue and got my $10 monthly credit and perks to kick in.
Yes my main Card was the one which was blocked.
Only way around that was to order a new card number for my personal card which I didn't want to do. The Security number or exp, didn't help you change.

I had the issue and after contacting reps many times(by getting through to them thru help requests in the app) they finally fixed it. Uber eats takes the cake for the slowest responding CS I've ever dealt with, they literally don't respond until a week goes by, and even when they do respond it has no Shaiy'chos to what you asked them!
I guess I'm the only person who had a quick response from them and they give me extra uber cash because I had a problem.
When I contact them with an issue I write a long detailed message ending with please compensate for this issue..... So that there is not back and forth however, I do wish they had an amazon style chat.
