Where can I find details on the state program? And if the state still has funds why  don't they distribute to those lower of 80%?
It doesn't make sense to deny those below 80%, and rather give it to those above.

(not that the state makes any sense at all.)
You attached the link in your previous post. Those that are under the AMI were prioritized in the beginning. You snooze you lose. The state shouldnt keep holding on. Now it is order received. (IINM)

Per @cgr NY ERAP is closing to new applicants tonight.

Could it be status for “All Landlord Information and Documentation Verified” changed from YES to NO?

Was pretty sure status was “Under Review” and both tenant and landlord documentation statuses were “YES”, but now the landlord section shows “NO”.

Yes. Statuses jump around all the time and can fund with both listed as "No"...

If you want to know the true status, give them a call. I have a bunch of apps that were approved but were not showing online. We called and got updates as to how much we were getting and if we were getting prospective etc... Some first changed online a while after that

Source?

Though funds for LRAP are fully committed and all applications submitted may not be funded, OTDA will continue to accept LRAP applications through November 20, 2021, as established by law.

Weird thing is they don't mention it anywhere on the actual LRAP page...

Since I already applied does that mean that I'll get the money it if I'm approved?
How can I tell if my landlord got the deposit?

There's no guarantee- the earlier you applied the better.
The status will change to "Approved- Funded".

Does it go from when I applied or from when my landlord finished uploading his docs?

A combination of both.
