Pence's WSJ article rips it all apart. Ridiculous.
Not sure what you think you're proving. That line is referring to US/coalition forces, not Afghani forces. In fact there was a surge of Taliban attacks on Afghani forces in the months following Doha, still during Trump's term. So either the deal included attacks on Afghanistan and the Trump admin allowed the agreement to be a joke by not responding, or it never included such attacks and it was a strange deal to start with.
I didn't read through the whole article, but from the headline, I imagine I strongly disagree. Both because it's a lot easier to follow through after Trump made the 'commitment', and because none of that excuses the way it was executed. But we might as well get the facts straight.
