He was being hounded. Many would react the same way and not answer the question. Just asking the question has a slant of guilt.
Example: Did you beat your wife today?
not a good example... He knew these questions were coming. They have a PR team working with him, and he tweeted out a link to an anti-semetic movie, so Im pretty sure he saw these questions coming and was not hounded. Yes if someone comes to me out of the blue, with no reasonable reason at all, and asks if I beat my wife, then yes I would feel hounded
