Women who ate gebrokst and then married into a family that doesn't can write from experience.

What would you miss without gebrokts? Besides kneidlach.

Matzah farfal, matzah in chicken soup

Believe it or not, I still crave the matzo milk sugar cereal we ate as kids, and prefer it over pizza on motzei. My younger kid's favorite cereal as well.

Matzah pizza
Matzah with dips
Matzah with spreads

(Some of those might be gebrokts)

The last 2 depends on how makpid you are. For lubavitchers you can write matzoh period.

Even if you can, most wouldn't use anything prepared with any dishes. It's one thing scooping an avocado onto matza with a disposable spoon and squeezing a lemon directly onto it, it's quite another preparing a sauce and ensuring every single utensil involved was 1000% dry.

And if you have guests, it gets very confusing why the avocado is ok but the gefilte fish isn't, so you will likely cut it out altogether.

The area is not that big.
Countertops are stone / metal and we're kashered with boiling water.
Oven was brushed, vacuumed and preheated to 800f.
Then we loaded 12 nice size post oak logs and my eyebrows and lips.
