Even if you can, most wouldn't use anything prepared with any dishes. It's one thing scooping an avocado onto matza with a disposable spoon and squeezing a lemon directly onto it, it's quite another preparing a sauce and ensuring every single utensil involved was 1000% dry.
And if you have guests, it gets very confusing why the avocado is ok but the gefilte fish isn't, so you will likely cut it out altogether.
