Yikes
As far as your question it was the same "those" as your "those".
Was thinking of you when I wrote that
it's good to be a Lubavitcher
I am so lost. Is it because your comment didn't make sense and you associate that with me?
Join the crowd.
I saw the hate, but where was the crime? I didn't see video, but the article just said he was harassing her.
Care to address this, Mr. never deflects?
I didn't think you were serious. She felt threatened and scared by his words and actions. If the jury agrees (they did) that is a felony hate crime since the hate you are not disputing. Now put your wife, daughter, sister, mom or any other female in her position and a skinhead as the other individual. Now do you understand?
I was asking seriously. I did not know a non explicit threat is a crime. And I still don't think it should be.
Great now you going to answer my question?
remind me
Now put your wife, daughter, sister, mom or any other female in her position and a skinhead as the other individual. Now do you understand?
Let me rephrase it. You think they would feel scared or threatened.
Yes. I still don't think that should be illegal.
I know people that feel scared or threatened if a “suspicious” car parks on their block. Doesn’t make it illegal. Question is if there was an actual threat or at least an implied threat, not if a supposed victim felt that there is. E: After watching the video, I’d probably say he was threatening.
That is part of the judgement of a jury
AFAIK the reasonable person standard was used.
