They look ready to open. Papers covering up storefront have been removed. Even two ordering kiosks are on. They took the upstairs too, and built stairs to go there, so they should have quite a bit of sitting area.

I thought it was actually a pretty clever idea of having the second floor. If that's the issue, then that's indeed unfortunate.

Might be clever, but nothing exists in a vacuum. My office is above a restaurant (sort of) and I know what that means. Some of the major issues I've had in the past have been mostly addressed, and the place isn't high traffic. If the interior design calls for bare walls to the brick with no insulation that's a lot worse. Vapor barriers and sound insulation are a must!
