Trying to Book air berlin to Israel, BA not showing any flights at all.is there another site where i can check AB award availability and the book with BA over the phone?

So if the flight shows saver award on AA that means i can book it on BA over the phone?

AA.com shows phantom AB availability. It is a known issue.
Use QF.

Well i just checked on QF and it shows there too, does that mean it is really available?

how does 1 check on QF? once i select JFK as departing airport it doesnt give me an option to select TLV...do I need to log in?

You need to check the box that says Partner destinations

And regardless i think you will need do log in for award

looking for nyc-ORD June 19 return 20th. On AA there is an extra flight shown that is out of HPN on a small plane and its flown by American connection, will BA be able to book me on that flight?

call them up and they will waive the booking over the phone fee

I got different flights, when I called them up, they just said he have a different program from AA and its no available by us. There were long wait lines, didnt have time to HUCA

You know it's no fun calling them....

If there are a lot of flight avail on that date, thats why it does not show up.

He can try entering EWR instead og NYC.

As I mentioned before in this thread that BA only shows the first numerous flights available and they neglect to show later ones even though they are truly available as a saver award flight from AA. Note that some BA reps are clueless and first think that if it doesn't show up on their side that it must not be available. Demand to speak to a supervisor and before you know it they'll come back saying that you're right and it is available. Before calling them get from the AA site the exact flight info.
