they go on sale every couple of months. Its a waiting game.. Look for accords at ~$200 or altimas. Usually better with Hondas damage waiver.

It seems Hondas damage waiver isn't standard anymore, IINM.

Due to the great competency of the present board members, all decisions are in the hands of the sate monitor. There is a good chance that he will approve the upgrades in any case. So maybe it is worth it to vote yes.

If the state monitor is the one making the decision anyway, what's the point of the ballot?
Why would he approve the upgrades now at a time when they don't have any money?
If he's approving it anyway, why is it better if I vote yes?

According to the statement there will be state funding for 40% only if it is approved.

Most BP gas stations don't sell gift cards.

That's a good idea, although it's an old model so i don't know if they'll even still have one on display. But i guess i can try for a lack of other options. Thanks.
