So I enrolled in the offer (and captured a screenshot of it) and spent
the $1000.
but so far I didnt recieve any of these miles.
Would you mind to give a look into iy and credit me the miles?

I spoke to Chase and they told me the promotion was runned by United,
not by Chase, thus its not their responsibility to honor the miles and
I should contact United.
And it seems right since it was marketed on the United website.

Please stop going in circles with me, thats really not nice of you, I've been emailing you for the past few months back and forth for a stupid 5000 miles, and I couldnt get that done with you.
You make me annoyed, and it simply sounds like you just want to have me emailing you till I give up on this.
A real shame to do this for a customer.
