Small List compiled for Flip phone service. Regular service with unlimited data and all to come.

1.Tracfone-All Carriers $20 Talk/Text 1GB ($30 for first 6 months)
1b. Unlimited talk and text, no data $15/month ($10 with auto pay)

2.Mobi-Verizon $10 (Additional $5 off the 1st three months)

3.Tello-Tmobile $8 , US Mobile.

4.HelloMobile-Tmobile $5 (first 2 months for $5)

-EXPLAINED A BIT MORE IN DETAIL-
Tracfone Wireless- (CDMA/GSM Verizon/T-Mobile/AT&T)
First 6 months at $30 plus taxes.
Pay for the first 2 months $15 each month with autopay, then use reward points for the next 4 months. Use Referral code OOAB-E354 to get you 8,000 points. You must activate and set up the rewards within 14 days of activating Phone service.
They limit 5 uses per month, so feel free to PM before using if you want to confirm they work for this month, as well they seem to be changing the referral code after every use. So feel free to post in the thread or message me for a new code.
The points will only kick in after 60 days of service(hence the reason for keeping paid service for 60 days) the points will kick in getting you 8,000 Points, which is enough for 4 months free. You can redeem 2,000($20) increments for a free month of service and do that for a total of 4 months free.
Now you must turn off auto pay after the first 2 months in order for the free 4 months that you added to kick in.  If you don't turn off auto pay it will continue billing your credit card and you will not get those free months until you turn off auto pay.
 Works on CDMA or GSM.

 Mobi Wireless- (Verizon/CDMA)
$10 a month. With a referral code you can get another $5 off the 1st three months which I can give you. You need to sign up in the first week for the referral bonus to kick in.
Click here to pm me for the info.

Tello Mobile (GSM/T-Mobile)
$8 Month with Unlimited t&t and no data. Picture message might not work without data services.
$10 unlimited Talk/Text + 1GB. 60 free international destinations - UK, Canada, France etc but not Israel

  • You'll be better off switching to mobi for $10 a month after the first 6 Months.
Can write up a basic list of the best Verizon phone plans.

And you have to make sure he continues to use the Tracfone service for the points to post after 60 days.
There's always cheaper than Tracfone, but with Tracfone giving 8K points, it's certainly worth it for the first 6 months or so.

When you pay with points, there are also no taxes and fees (over $3 for the $20 plan in NY).

Also, if someone gets a new carrier locked Tracfone, they'll need to keep it active for 60 days to be allowed to unlock it, (and that's when the 8k points become available anyhow).

In addition to that, Tracfone is a very big company and is now actually owned by Verizon themselves (It's well known that not all MVNOs are created equal...)

    Code for 8,000 Points is BVNS-D7BE :)

Noone said otherwise. Yes, bestway to unlock your tracfone device is to use tracfone and get 6 months of service, by signing up for two months and getting a tracfone promo code from me or you and adding it to their account. With deactivating the autopay.
You can also buy the first month on Amazon for $15 flat with no taxes, and a free sim card for whichever service provider you like.  Or go to 7-11 or tracfone, dollar general and get the sim card for $1.[/list]

Will this Tracfone TCL FLIP 2 phone work with Hello after 60days active?
You'll need to unlock it on https://www.tfwunlockpolicy.com. I will paste the conditions from that website (for non-apple devices, Apple devices are automatic):

For Customers with non-Apple devices: TracFone will provide an unlocking code to customers who request unlocking, provided they meet the following conditions:
If the TracFone device was activated with TracFone service prior to November 23, 2021, then the device must have been active on TracFone Service for no fewer than twelve (12) months with Service Plans redeemed in no fewer than twelve (12) months.
If the TracFone device was activated with new service on the Verizon network on or after November 23, 2021, then at least sixty (60) days must have elapsed since the device was activated.
The device must be in working condition.
The device has not been reported stolen or lost, and there are no indicators of fraud.

Looking for 2 phones with talk and text to be used sparingly for kids in 5 Towns (NY) area.
Cannot have any internet or Wi-Fi.
Would prefer to pay for a block of minutes/texts instead of monthly.
The tracfone deal posted on ddms on Friday seemed like a good option for you (I think I remember seeing that it's filterable). Did you already get something?
My Tapatalk notifications don't always work.

For the people that want tello. I am not sure why you want tello. They dropped free calls to Israel , you can get hello for $5 no tax with Israel included to landlines and cell
The only reason someone may want tello is, you have the option to turn text messages on or off from the website.

I wonder if you add the $10 1GB add on, will it stay for the whole year, or just for that one month? Assuming you chose the 60$ annual plan.
Being that without any data services, I wonder if mms/picture messaging will work properly?
If not, and the answer to the above is no for the 1gb addon then your best bet is probably the $100 annual plan with 1gb each month. So about $8.33 each month+tax.
Though that's on AT&T.  So you'll need to find a phone you like. Once you're paying $100 you can try hello mobile or play around to see what's the cheapest.

Ty, I needed to buy new phones (I was hoping to be able to use old phones that I had, but I couldn't) so I just got 2 android refurbs from Tracphone.
I'll kasher the phones myself. It's $15 per month for unlimited talk and text with no data

If one bought more than 1 I phone. Should they make separate TF accounts in order to receive the 8k points or it can be in the same login ?

If free calls to Israel is not important to you ,  Why pay $8 plus tax when you can pay $5 no tax for the same T-Mobile service ?
