We would be happy to offer to match elite status that you have with
Accor. However, we did not show an attachment in your recent message.
We can match Accor's Platinum level to our Gold Elite and their Gold
level to our Silver Elite. We must advise that our newest Concierge
Elite level cannot be matched, it must be earned. In order to match
status, please provide us with proof of current membership, either a
copy of your current loyalty card or current statement showing your
current status.

1-402-501-9166, please include your Club Carlson number with your
request. Should you wish to email your status to us, please note that
small to medium picture files work best.
