Chase no and not sure about Discover.

depending on how many cards and how much is on the cards... over $200 is shipped via UPS... My $5000 (2k+3k) was $8.95 shipping...

Many are going through shopping portals when they order these and earn cash back. This way they get CC rewards and cash back.
