Are you kidding me. So far it is so one-sided it is a joke. I am sure that will change but right now Weber is the hands down winner.
I added the link to show that I am not biased. I see the stats. But you don't evaluate a trade that involves a 10 year contract after 9 games.
Weber is playing great, 10 points so far during the Habs hot streak.
Don't forget that the Habs started hotter than this last year.
And Subban with 5 points in 8 games is not bad at all.
There's no doubt in my mind that Weber can play hotter than Subban over a 10 game span.
What would worry me if I'm a Habs fan is that Weber has only played 1% of his remaining contract so far.
The best evaluation will be when he gets 30-40% through, but my guess is we will see how lopsided the trade is before that.
