Arriving in LHR terminal 3 on BA, connecting to AA also in terminal 3. Would 1 hour connection be sufficient without checked bags ?

doable but if long lines at security it will be very tight. fast track will help https://www.heathrow.com/at-the-airport/airport-services/fast-track

I think fast track is only available for departures not connections, you don't have to exit airside just proceed to connections with your second boarding pass

Flying Emirates to ATH How much time needed to transfer to Aegean? I'm assuming its different terminals and is there a smooth way to connect?   Also would Emirates tag my luggage to TLV w 2nd leg booked separately on Aegean. They do have a codeshare agreement

Same terminal, head straight to connections, they can print you 2nd boarding pass at the transfer desk. Emirates is very likely to check thru your luggage, simply ask the check-in agent

fam member did it this past September and bags were delayed - arrived a few days later..
Thank you. Did they have to rush like crazy to make their next flight? I'm seeing another flight potentially for YK with a 1:55 layover. Incoming and outgoing flights would both be with ITA airlines.
Traveling with a family of five in luggage. There's another option that has an 8-hour layover, but if the just under 2-hour layover option is viable, I'd rather do that one.

A 2 hour connection in Europe on same ticket is normal, they transfer baggage for you. Your main question is will first flight be delayed. But for that most people are not booking 8 hour layover. Look at the next flight out and see if the backup makes sense.

Is 2hour 10min connection, self transfer, no luggage, CDG, LY-AC enough time?

How about the return, 2hr 50min, self transfer w/ luggage, CDG, AC-LY enough time?

For the way there if no special delay you should have no problem meaning no guarantee but most likely you will make it, the way back is more iffy- if there is no delay though you should make it as well.
Remember: Depending on the airline but for some 30 min. delays are the norm and 1 hour delays are quite common [especially lowcost airlines].

The only rule when it comes to flying is that it is all UP IN THE AIR!

Just a calculation tip for self transfer w luggage
You'll need to check you r luggage for the second flight, theres a cut off time before the flight when they no longer take luggage, on international flights often 1hr+. So you need to factor time getting off the plane, through border control to the luggage belt, hope everything comes through, and then  wait in line to drop off your bag again.... can you do all that in 1:50? Now say the flight is delayed 30 minutes, can you still do it? I personally wouldn't book it if it wasnt 3:30+

On the other hand you can check the flight history of the incoming flight and see if it consistently arrives early...

Delta JFK-ATH then Elal to TLV with 2:10 stopover booked separately with luggage, I assume is very risky, but would they tag it in JFK to go to TLV?

With a helpful check-in agent in JFK they should do it, simply show your 2nd reservation at check-in. Delta and ELAL are partners
